1. Subscription Plans
Details: PTE PRO Software offers various subscription plans with clearly outlined features, pricing, and durations.
Selection: It is your responsibility to choose the plan that best suits your needs.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through secure, authorized channels, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment gateways.
All payments are processed securely, and we do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.
3. Billing and Recurring Payments
Initial Payment: The subscription fee must be paid upfront to activate your plan.
Recurring Payments: For auto-renewable plans, subscription fees will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

4. Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in AUD, and additional taxes or transaction fees may apply based on your location.

Non-Refundable Items: Once a subscription plan is activated and services are used, no refunds will be issued.
